The hotel is situated at the edge of a nice park and is a good place not only for just a stopover but also for a relaxing stay of several days. Wonderful location, nice stuff, inexpensive and tasty food. Perfect value for money.

The atmosphere at this place was really peaceful, and the restaurant exceeded my expectations. I booked a double room online, and it had air conditioning, comfy beds, and even a bottle of wine. 🍷.

This is a central part of Karnobat and at the edge of one of the main parks which is an ideal location for peace and quiet but also close to every type of transport you need to get to other parts of Bulgaria whither it be the mountains ,beaches and about anything else. The hotel itself is very comfortable ,just big enough and just small enough to be "right" it`s used by the locals and has a very good reputation locally for it`s food and comfort also it`s location would make it ideal for a wedding or celebration of some sort. The staff are mostly friendly and very attentive if you need a meal or just a drink inside or outside.

Requests through initial booking at bookng .com were ignored ,email to the hotel administration informing them a day before about our late arrival were were ignored on this e mail I requested a confirmation also ignored. When checking out I was presented with a bill for 2 weeks ( I only stayed one and booked one) the cost of the stay per week had increased dramatically also, it took a call to what I presume is the only English speaking member of staff to get this sorted out to find out that the cost of the rooms had gone up during my stay,fortunately I always keep a copy of any bookings I make and the costs involved. This brought in the I presume owner , who agreed that I only pay the cost agreed on the Booked.net document. My advice to anyone who is booking a hotel in Bulgaria is Pay by cash only as I now do. I nearly got caught out here ,if I had paid by credit card I would have had a credit card debit for +500euros instead of the agreed price. But don`t think this is a bad hotel it isn`t far from it ,the accountancy system of the hotel needs sorting out and it does need more English speaking staff as there is quite a few English speaking residents in this area which use this hotel.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. the location is excellent, right by the local supermarket and Bulgaria. the staff were superbly friendly and welcoming. Both rooms we booked were spacious and offered a pleasant view over the park, complete with a balcony. Plus, we enjoyed a bottle of wine from the local supermarket. our stay was truly GREAT!

During my stay in Karnobat for Christmas, I had a few positive experiences. the location was great as it was situated near the park which was perfect for a nice and relaxing walk. the food at the hotel restaurant was delicious and of good quality. Lastly, the room was clean and comfortable, and came with all the necessary amenities which made my stay even more pleasant.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay. the reception staff were not very welcoming and didn't seem interested in catering to my needs.

Beautiful park location, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, effective air conditioning, fast WiFi.
